"The room was clean and host welcomed us and showed us places to visit. There was no bar or restaurant and breakfast was delivered in a hamper outside your room at 7:30, which was good. There was a Chinese about a mile away that was very good but closed on a Monday. The bus services was regular about every half hour, there are no shops near by just a garage about a mile away. Was in nice quiet and safe location. "

"Mama Shelter is conveniently located in Kirchberg, close to the tramway line. The hotel is very modern and cosy, the rooms are comfortable and generous. The restaurant and bar as well as the bakery are all good with a tasty modern and fun atmosphere. We stayed in 2 connecting rooms with our 2 daughters. Our kids just loved the fun and cool vibe of this wonderful and not too expensive hotel. We will be back for sure !"

"Easy access to town centre, on two main bus lines, opposite a lovely Brasserie, Pizza Place and Chinese place. Very quiet area. Very nice service from front desk, always smiling and polite. The only drawback was that the air conditioning did not work very well, so overnight it became rather hot. Would go back there, for sure. "

"Exceptional property. Very thoughtful attention in the rooms including chocolates on the night stand every night. the housekeeping was also exceptional. Bottles of water was replaced every night. Excellent location. The concierge was very helpful for securing a reservation. "Perfect location in the city centre. Beautiful hotel with delightful staff. We enjoyed cocktails in the bar at night which were lovely. Our room was fantastic and the sunken bathtub was a great addition. We didnt eat at the restaurant as the menu was limited and I dont eat Veal as I believe it's unnecessary to kill cattle so young. "

"Top notch! We arrived outside and not 1 but 2 concierge came running out to our taxi to take our bags! We do short breaks with luggage consisting of a backpack but they still insisted. Our room was beautiful and the sunken bath was fab but I only noticed it late on in our stay. Everything was perfect. "Room was comfortable. However, floorboards creaked with every step. Bed also very noisy with every movement. On-site parking is very limited. App required to pay for street parking not compatible with American cell phone. Parking ticket machines no longer accepts coins or cards. Hotel desk clerk did not appear very happy to assist guests, or maybe just us. Breakfast was very good. "

"The price of this hotel is worth it. The room is spacious. Perfect for a family. It has the best value. You can easily go to this hotel from the tram station near the hotel. Friendly and Welcoming

"Small and friendly Appart-Hotel. When we arrived, we were informed that we had been upgraded to a larger room which was a pleasant surprise. The room was really nice and had a lot of things you would need to make meals. The coffee machine was also a welcomed sight. The bed was comfortable and we had a good night sleep until the church opposite woke us up at 7am. Thankfully we had set our alarm for then anyway! The hotel is next to a fairly busy road, so if you keep the windows open then you may require earbuds. There is a bus right outside the hotel, so you could easily travel into the city from there. There is a beautiful chateau and garden (which is free) a few minutes drive away. "
