There was plenty of space to relax and a great decked area at the rear that had views of the city and Mt Wellington. Kitchen was well provisioned allowing the private caterer that we arranged to prepare a serve a 4 course lunch without difficulty. Within easy walking distance of Salamanca Place but be aware it is a steep walk back. "

Two very comfortable, spacious bedrooms, good bathroom and kitchen facilities, and very comfortable living area. Very pretty garden to look out on with the roses in full bloom. Perfect location, walkable to everything we needed locally, beautiful river walk. A car is a must for independence. Very easy area to drive around and plenty of places to explore.
