Our only issue which was out of the owners control which was a power cut to all of the surrounding area due to Storm Darragh, but they were on hand to do everything they could to assist during it. "

"This was absolutely the best family vacation we have had! Tracey and Neal were fantastic in meeting all our needs in a casual friendly manner. We had children and grandchildren coming from different countries, total of 11. "A lovely spacious place located in the heart of Tavistock. Rooms were great and the living area really spacious. There’s no parking but we made it work with our 3 cars using local roads and short/long stay car parks. The wood fire was out of action but the place was warm and cosy with the heating on."

The property is sold as a pool holiday (rare in the UK), but the pool was not usable in a safe manner, with loose tiling and sharp edges. You advised me that there were 'a few loose tiles', but only after payment had been made.
