This clean and comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom two-story townhouse sleeps 8, with a queen in all bedrooms, and The living room has a queen size pullout sofa. All three bedrooms are located on the second level of the townhouse.

This townhouse includes a private, attached one-car garage. There is an outdoor patio with seating that overlooks a greenspace.

Great Views!
Beautiful water views and very clean. Property is updated with access to nice pool area with hot tub. Also close to a lot of amenities like boating, paddle boarding, kayaking, etc. Even saw dolphins swimming and playing in the morning while watching the sunrise.

Great stay!
Enjoyed our stay here very much! Such a nice home with everything we needed and more! So nice to sit on the porch and watch dolphins and boaters in the marina. A little busy intersection to get in and out of the resort, but don't let that stop you from booking here! Short drive to the Space Center, Port Canaveral, and Cocoa Beach. Lots to do!
