nicely renovated home in a quiet residential neighborhood. close to shopping and all attractions. this 3 bedroom, 2 full bath home has a fenced yard, a beautiful heated, in ground pool, front load washer and dryer .All utilities are provided, including, cable T.V. , and wireless internet. all bedrooms have queen beds, and two have smart TV's. The property is close to SR528, which is a quick ride west to Orlando, or east to Port Canaveral and the cruise terminals. As of 3/15/20 we are using Virex Tb during our cleaning process.

Family Vacation
We enjoyed our stay. This is a nice location and the house was comfortable. The only downside is that two of the beds didn’t really seem like queen size but more full size. We would definitely recommend this place as well as stay here again.

Perfect getaway
The house was perfect for our short trip. Comfortable beds, safe neighborhood, and very close Publix. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen but also appreciated the easy drive to the beach, restaurants, and movie theater.

The house was exactly what was needed, clean and easy to get to. The swimming pool, and screened in porch was a wonderful part to the property. Close to stores, and attractions. Would stay at this property again.

February stay
Nice older house. Heated pool needed the drain on bottom cleaned and leaves in basket full. Kitchen had everything you needed. Bedrooms need a little update and only 3 bath towels for 3 people. Used washer and dryer nearly daily. Overall nice house with roomy kitchen, dining room and living room.

We are pool people. The pool was great. Pool maintenance - not so much. Pool was not maintained the first week but was corrected the second week. Crew didn't show up after that. Replacement crew arrived and corrected issues.

A Wonderful Vacation Home
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. It was perfect for my wife and me, as it was every it was advertised to be. Michael was very accommodating to questions we had before we arrived and very quick to arrange a plumber to come when we discovered a minor plumbing problem. The house was very clean, had everything we needed, close to all the shopping and restaurants, and the pool was great! We will definitely consider renting it again the next time we vacation in Florida!

Great Place at a decent price
The house was clean and spacious with a really nice pool. Fenced in backyard was a plus for our puppy. Michael was the most responsive owner we've ever had at a VRBO or other company. A couple minor issues were solved immediately (my ignorance). Would stay there again if we come back to this area.

My review
The pool had debris in the bottom of the pool that needed cleaning. I grabbed the net to try to get some of it out but the net had a hole in it. I only went in the pool once. The sink in the main bathroom drains very slowly. Should be addressed before it is totally clogged up.

Great family Home
We loved the location. Easy access to everywhere and close to a Publix. Home was roomy and clean. We loved the home and will rent again. The only issue was that the pool was not cleaned when we got there but it is understandable since it is an open air pool and we had storms. Note to owner: Needs some bowls in the kitchen. It was the only thing lacking. Thank you.

Awesome!
Loved the property! Just what my family needed. It's very close to alot of shopping areas nearby and also close to Cocoa Beach. The pool is Heated which is great for when ever you want to hop in late at night. The back yard is fenced all the way around and good if you have any pets. Never had any issues and Mike was very nice and responded to any questions really quick. Highly suggested!

Cute property - lots of potential.
Was a good visit and overall we enjoyed our stay. Location was good - pretty close to beaches and amenities. Michael-Host was helpful and cordial up to and including check-in. We spent a lot of time at the pool Unfortunately after bad winds and several days of storm the pool guy never showed to clean it as advertised. We netted it frequently and did fine. We preferred the pool to the beach so a lot of our attention was focused there. A thorough cleanup of the yard and removal of leaves would make a huge difference to the pool area and yard and help get the full potential from this property. We we were pretty disappointed in the condition of bathroom fixtures and overall cleanliness inside. First, tub spout would barely let water through - filled it using the shower wand. Master shower barely trickled. Bathrooms are important! Kitchen had new granite countertops and was equipped, but a real hodge-podge. Too many pans, not near enough mixing bowls, plates, no cereal bowls to speak of. Newer tile floors were nice but we little swept up and removed hair “piles” in every room and bathroom - kinda gross. Clearly it’s pet friendly because the sofas and chairs were covered. They need to be cleaned better. We swept and scrubbed all the floors so we could stand them without shoes. Linens and towels were adequate. W&D we’re outside in a tool room/shed at the front of the carport. Worked fine, but the area was filthy and posed some challenges with clean laundry. Truck and motorcycle occupied half of the carport which wasn’t a problem for us there were only two of us with one car, but the oil slick running out from under the truck and down the driveway is a mess and sure is an eyesore. Given the condition the price was probably a bit high, With some TLC, we’d consider going back.
