Our private cottage features a fully equipped kitchen, stainless steel appliances, microwave, dishwasher, washer & dryer, 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed,the other a queen, 2 pull out sofa beds, one full size and 1 queen, 1 air mattress, 1 full bath with tub and shower, all linens provided, free WIFI, 2 electric fireplaces with 2 Roku flat screen tvs, central air, heat, coffee pot, pots and pans, dishware and linens, fire pit, charcoal grill, front porch swing, and an indoor/outdoor kennel for your canine family member, situated on 20 acres with trails, on a dead end road. Tired of the rat race of the city life? You will love the peaceful, serene location. Conveniently located 5 miles from Devil's Head Ski & Golf Resort, 5 miles to Cascade Mountain, 20 miles to Wisconsin Dells,so many attractions nearby-Devils Lake State Park, Circus World Museum,Ho Chunk Casino,Waterparks, The Outlet Center with shopping galore, to name a few. Wonderful, peaceful house
We couldn't have had a better stay. The 4 of us attended the Great Dane Club of America National. This year it happened to be in the Dells. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect place. The 4 of us really enjoyed the house and the surrounding area view. The house was extremely clean and well care for. I honestly can't think of anything I would have changed.

Quiet Cottage Getaway

A little bit of wilderness
Very relaxing. On the way back into the lane that the cottage was on we saw a Momma deer nursing her baby. Just majestic. The dogs loved the ability to run and sniff all the new smells. Very good host.

Secluded getaway
We love visiting this property. Very private place nestled in the woods, yet within driving distance to Devil's Lake, Portage, Baraboo, Merrimac or Wisconsin Dells. The owner is very accommodating and easy to communicate with. If you want to "get away from it all" this is a great place to stay!

Perfect nature getaway - close to skiing and Dells!
We loved our stay at Rustic View! The onsite hiking and bonfire pit was perfect. It was a quick drive to Cascade for skiing and tubing. We also spent time in the Dells which was easily accessible. The house was very accommodating for our family of 5 and dog. The beds were comfortable with quality linens. Feels very remote but with easy access to area attractions.

Great Country Living
A great place to get away from things in a remote location. It was very clean and good size cabin, it fit our family of four comfortably. Not too far from Baraboo and Wisconsin Dells.

We enjoyed our stay in this house. The owner was very accommodating and easy to reach. The built in kennel for our dog was great. Would stay again if ever in the Dells area.

The perfect getaway
My wife and I spent our honeymoon at this place and it couldn't have been better. The inside was nice and comfortable and roomy and the outside was great for walks during the day and using the firepit in the late afternoon evening. We will be back for more!

This home and property is absolutely beautiful. We had a wonderful time relaxing at the property with our 4yo and 2 dogs between hikes. I love how dog-friendly the space is, our dogs didn't want to leave! We definitely plan to come back

Great cottage near Devil’s Lake
Second time staying here; have enjoyed it both times. Lots of privacy on a wooded lot, but not too far from Devil’s Lake and other natural area recreation spots. Very nice pet-friendly house with well-stocked kitchen. Love this place! Also highly recommend Tumbled Rock Brewery and Kitchen near Devil’s Lake if you’re eating out.

Beautiful Cottage
Awesome cottage. The kitchen is fantastic and enormous! Good location that is secluded but a 20-minute drive to most attractions. Very clean. I will stay here again next time we visit if it is available.
