- Separate kitchen (10m²) with eating area, refrigerator, cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, kettle, toaster, a filter coffee maker and a Senseo coffee maker.
- A cellar with washer, dryer et freezer.
3 bedrooms:
- A bedroom (12 m²) with a double bed 160 and Air-conditioned.
- A bedroom (12 m²) with 2 single beds 90 and Air-conditioned.
- A bedroom (8 m²) with 2 bunk beds 90.
- Separate bathroom (9 m²) with two sinks, a bathtub, shower and toilet.
- Separate toilet.
GARDEN LEVEL
A separate bedroom (16m²) with double bed 160 and adjacent bathroom (sink, shower and toilet) accessible through the garden or through the garage.

Maximum number for sleeping: 8 people
End of stay cleaning: €150
House linen included (sheets, bath and beach towels, table cloths and kitchen towels).
Security deposit: €500 - Internet access (20megabits).
Pets not allowed
Baby equipment is available (a bed and a high chair).
Electricity according to low season consumption (from the 2nd week of September to the 2nd week of June inclusive).

Visitor's tax according to applicable rate, to be paid in addition to the rent.

This vacation rental with pool in the Luberon has a pleasant enclosed garden of 3,500m² "en restanques", with olive trees, vineyards and fruit trees.
The garden includes:
- A pleasant private 9x5m pool with lounge chairs (depth of 90 cm to 2 m, open from April to the end of September, with security barriers and accessible by steps).
- A terrace, (45 m²) with full southern exposure, shaded over 30m², giving onto a magnificent view, with garden furniture and mobile gas BBQ.
