Munn Street Mews-House with complimentary WiFi

Munn Street Mews is a charming and private house in central Merimbula set in a lovely garden within a few minutes flat and easy stroll to Merimbula's shops, clubs, restaurants, cafes and cinema. The house is on a battle-axe block so despite its central location is free from most traffic noise.

The closest beach is at Spencer Park which is a ten minute walk from the house and ideal for families. Spencer Park has a great playground for the kids and also BBQ facilities and toilets. Other beaches are only minutes drive away.

The house sleeps up to four people in two bedrooms with modern furnishings and equipment. All linen is supplied, apart from beach towels.

The reverse cycle air conditioned living/dining area looks out onto a green reserve where you will probably see kangaroos. There is a flat wall mounted smart TV with access to on-line entertainment, including Netflix.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee machine and sandwich maker. There is a gas BBQ and an outdoor eating area on the veranda.

Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi Internet is provided for the convenience of our guests.

The reverse cycle air-conditioned main bedroom has a queen-size bed and a flat wall mounted smart TV with access to on-line entertainment, including Netflix.

The second bedroom has two single beds but can be configured as a king-size bed if requested upon booking. This bedroom also has reverse cycle air-conditioning.

A port-a-cot and highchair are available at no extra charge.

There is undercover parking for one car and adequate parking space in the street if needed for additional vehicles or boats.

Organic ground coffee, tea, milk and biscuits are provided for all guests.

This is a lovely house. The owners have taken a great deal of thought and care to ensure guests are comfortable. We loved our time here. We have been travelling around Victoria and NSW over the past month, staying in many different houses, and this is the best home we have encountered - by far. It is exceptional and we cannot recommend it highly enough.

Great Place To Stay
A lovely private cottage, well appointed and so clean. Within walking distance to town and boardwalk. Highly recommend, Colin was excellent to deal with and the place was truly a home away from home.

A very nicely furnished clean and comfortable property with a kitchen that is the best one we've ever come across, as equipped with absolutely everything! We were very pleased with both the accommodation and location. Very nicely appointed, very quiet but only a short walk to the town center. Even had kangaroos over the back fence that we watched from the deck while sipping a pre-dinner drink! Thanks, Colin, for a lovely stay.

Munn Street Mews is a well-equipped, quiet house with a nice view of a reserve. We were lucky enough to see some Kangaroo's grazing every morning. Great location short walk or ultra quick drive into town. Thanks for an enjoyable stay Colin!

We were very impressed with this property which had everything you need for a comfortable stay including a proper coffee machine! The location was great with an easy walk into town and a lovely peaceful outlook at the back. We appreciated the extra touches from the host and found the beds ans sofas to be very comfortable. Appreciated the availability of air conditioning too.

quiet but central location in Merimbula
We've stayed at this house a couple of times, and very likely will stay there again in future. Perfect for a family of 4. A short stroll to town or to Spencer Park, and a longer but very nice walk to Bar Beach. The house is very clean, well furnished, and in a quiet location backing on to a bush reserve. An excellent option for a holiday in Merimbula.

Little oasis just near town

Merimbula family getaway perfection!
Perfect getaway location for our family of 4. Everything you need is provided from cooking and pantry items to books and games. Beds were super comfortable too. Living/kitchen/deck area overlooks reserve where we enjoyed the peace and quiet while watching the local wildlife. For a property that is less than a 5 min walk to the centre of town it was very quiet and relaxing. Host, Colin, was very accommodating and thoughtful. If you want central, quiet, clean and comfortable - Look no further.

A hidden gem
Such a wonderful property that is ideally located walking distance to town and yet when you relax in the house it is like you are a million miles from the city with great views of the reserve and bush land behind the property: within the house there are lots of little touches that make the house a pleasure: Everything provided and I wanted for nothing: Highly Recommended.
