"I met my husband wakeboarding 33 years ago. We have been coming to Lake Whitney ever since we have been bringing our daughter and her friends along since they were in elementary school. They are now all in their mid-20s we did a family reunion of sorts. my husband, my 26-year-old daughter and all of her friends from elementary school took a trip to Whitney. We even had a couple flying from New York. We love Brittney‘s place. She is a perfect host! Goes out of her way to make things nice for you....

"This was a last minute decision to get away for the weekend.We enjoyed gilling steaks on the back deck. We had a fire each night. The guest before us had let their extra fire wood so we did the same for the next guests. The last night while sitting at the fire, the guest from the cabin next door came out and sat with us,very nice guy. "I absolutely would've given 5 stars for everything but their were some small issues. Number one was one of the comforters had what appeared to be blood on it. I wasn't aware of this until one of my guests told me about it after we had checked out. Other than that the property was very clean! The second issue was the property having "lake access". I understand lake access isn't the same as lakefront and I did put lakefront in my search parameters. I assumed lake access would be a short walk...

"We had a great time staying in this property, it was able to accommodate everyone nicely. It was a nice clean property, and the check-in process was simple. However the neighborhood was a little concerning for safety and the property is severely lacking in parking for the amount of people who can stay at this property. No more than 2 cars can really park here comfortably. "
