Worth it.
Apartment is in a great location, with free easy street parking. You can walk to major sights, and a large grocery store. The apartment itself is a bit worn, some of the furniture has been used up, and not more than the basics in household items. There was a washing machine, and the equipment for washing dishes, but not soap for either.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and well situated. Although in a quiet residential area (made on street parking easy) there is a very good supermarket only a block away. And on an easy 10 minute walk you are in the center of town with many of the historical sites and a variety of reasonable restaurants. Checking in was a bit difficult as there is no onsite person and if you have any issues and don't have cell service it can get complicated. Fortunately for us, Mahmod, the maintence person was there and helped us contact the owner and get us settled in. All said, our experience was good and would definitely come back to stay.

Really enjoyed our stay here. It is right across the street from a grocery store, so it was easy to stock up on supplies, and it was a 5 minute walk to the Roman Theater, and city center and restaurants are just past that.

Historical sites walkable in a day.
Great place for a one day stopover in Merida. 8 minute walk to Roman theater and 20 minute walk through downtown to the bridge. In a residential area outside of the bustle of downtown. Pictures are what the property actually looks like. Check-in was a breeze with host around side of building in a trailer. Drop keys in lockbox at checkout. If you don't mind walking to see the historical sites of the city, this is a comfortable, clean and economical place for a night or two.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at RSI and would recommend the apartment to those visiting Merida. Irene and her staff were wonderful hosts and we found the apartment to be clean and mostly comfortable. However, there are a few small adjustments [better pillows, instructions for using the kitchen appliances, providing dishwasher pods] that would’ve made the stay even better.

Very easy check in and friendly. Irene is great. A lucky find. Planned on staying one night but after we saw the the apartment we changed our plans and stayed three. Even washed our clothes . No problem parking and the apartments are very near to most of the cities highlights. This is a true find.

Easy walking distance to main town, free parking, lift in building. We checked in around 6pm. Nobody st the building then but with a phone call they talk you through the entry codes and keys are in a safe waiting for you.

Our family of five stayed in two spacious and clean apartments. We enjoyed the walking distances to various famous city sites, market, and restaurants. Parking is free in the surrounding streets. The hostess provided coffee, tea, milk, and finger cakes. Finally, the air conditioners were really a blessing in June.

We had a great time in Merida. The apartment was in an excellent location with the everything- monuments, historical sites, restaurants, and groceries within a reasonable walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I recommend RSI apartments to anyone visiting the awesome city of Merida!

Great accommodation near Theatre!
Property consists of 4 2 BR apartments and approximately 8 single bedroom apartments. The 2 BR apartments sleep 4 people if no one shares a bed. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. They made sure each guest knew special features of the room. The apartment was both very clean and very well-appointed. It was bright. The AC worked well - which is v important in Merida. The rooftop terrace is awesome in the morning and evening. A great feature for this property. The apartments are a 4-5 minute walk from the Theatre/ Amphitheater. Within 15 minutes from nearly everything else. I will absolutely make this my first choice the next time I go to Mérida.

This was a fantastic little condo in a quiet residential area, and a 10-15 minute walk away to the Roman ruins. We had a little washer to wash oir clothes which is a bonus. Tje cpndp is brand new and very modern. The staff were very froendmy and it was an amazing stay!

The apartment was very clean, with everything necessary as utensils to cook, the bed very comfortable, is in an area with all the points of interest a few minutes from the apartment, and there is enough parking on the street.
