It is very convenient. Clean place Steps away from the ADO bus station. It is an old hotel and they never answer my call the shower water was cold.but for the price is good

It is well located , just in front of the bus station, but te A/C didn’t cooled the room, the shower only had hot water without power (you had to stand near the wall to get wet).

The rooms we got were clean (sheets and bathrooms). Installations need lots of improvements, updates. One of the rooms lacked of window so it was claustrophobic. Is convening location for those looking to be close to the ADO bus station.

No tenía servicio de agua caliente, lo cual lo reporté y la única resolutiva era que me regresarán el depósito y salirme del hotel a la 1am, a altas horas de la madrugada, debido al horario no me pusieron resolver con otra habitación o encender el boiler, siempre he reservado en el mismo hotel, y supongo que por el descuento que tenía me dieron una habitación muy deficiente, no me asignaron como las que siempre me habian dado. No buscaba descuento, buscaba un buen servicio. En fin muy mala experiencia en esta ocasión.

Habitaciones agradables, televisión con opciones de canales; el único detalle fue que a veces el aire acondicionado tardaba en enfriar. Está a una considerable distancia del centro histórico de Mérida, pero se compensa estando en un sitio donde taxis no faltarán.

Está bien pero el cuarto extremadamente pequeño, pero para lo es, solo dormir, el restaurante súper bien, muy atentos, pero de plano el maletero y/o el vigilante me negó el estacionamiento comentando que "solo pague por el cuarto, no estacionamiento..." Y por último el baño tenía moho.
