The property was clean, the staff was friendly. There was no onsite parking as advertised - only on the street. Reception staff did not know what VIP access was and they did not provide free drinks as the Expedia reward promoted. They only provided 1 towel for our 2 person stay because they didn't have enough towels. Otherwise, it was a good stay for the night. Great location.

This hotel has the following issue: - Hot water was not available all the time! - A noisy pump that starts anytime of the day & wake you up. - all the street noises get in your room, No noise canceling windows. - Noisy housekeeping staff, sometimes, they turn on their favorites music from cellphones in high volume while working! - Their VIP beverage for Expedia members was a joke: a small bottle of water!!!! - Manager needs a professional training program on dealing with customers

The staff is friendly and helpful. They were patient with the language difference. The hotel is close to everything in the city. What we didn't like was the room didn't have towels, we had to ask. You only get floor mat and 2 bath towels. We let the counter staff know and they encouraged the information as they wish to improve their services.

This budget hotel has the best beds ever!! My room ( 9) was extremely quiet and look very nice and clean. It is walkable to main square and to great restaurants . If I get same rate when I get back to Merida within 10-15 days, will definitely stay here again.

Hi The pictures for this property are very staged. The rooms are not as depicted. We were advised when we got there that only a few room were themed. Most look like cell blocks. They don't have face towels and our toilet was leaking from the side. The front desk staff were not very knowledgeable and seemed quite in experienced, except the night manager. Pool was never cleaned and one afternoon the front desk person was hanging out with his friends. The cleaning staff were super sweet and friendly and location was almost perfect. We didn't spend much time in our hotel. So if you are looking for an inexpensive place with a great location and don't care about the "hotel experience" then definitely good. Don't expect much of anything!

Las instalaciones son lamentables. El baño tenía una gotera. El escritorio no tenía una silla. La televisión no funcionaba. El teléfono, apenas. El aire acondicionado, a duras penas. Es una terrible opción.

The location of this hotel was great. 5 minute walk to the main Plaza Grande park/square in central Mérida. Pretty tourist shops and vendors along the way. Very friendly staff at the hotel too.

Excellent stay for 3 nights. Rooms are comfortable and nicely decorated. Plenty of hot water and an air conditioner. Our room felt damp, though. Not sure why. Elevator and small indoor pool. Convenient to downtown and restaurants.
