Positivo: Ubicación excelente. Mobiliario nuevo. Cama/almohadas confortables. Difícil: Ruido de construcción de restaurante excesivo, sin previo aviso, desde muy temprano y constante durante el día. Letrero en recepción de no devolución (por ningún motivo). Atención de personal (poco interés en el cliente). Secadora/Plancha sin colocar. No hay toallas/baño/regadera en área de Alberca. Estacionamiento muy sucio. Detalles de la construcción sin terminar. Distracción por parte del servicio de limpieza (dejaron bolsa de basura en lavabo)

¡¡¡ALERTA FRAUDE!!! DELINCUENTES
¡¡ALERTA FRAUDE!!! "Eviten este hotel a toda costa. No solo me cobraron extra por todo, sino que también inventaron desperfectos para cobrarme más a mi y muchos huéspedes en esos días de estancia. Cuando me negué a pagar, para esperar aclaraciones buscaron el momento en que todos salimos para cerrar las puertas y secuestrar mis pertenencias. La deshonestidad es alarmante. No vale la pena el riesgo de ser estafado y tratado de manera hostil. Busquen otras opciones, es delincuencial su actitud y trato. Y responda lo que responda el hotel, cada que entrábamos y pasamos por recepción habia siempre un huésped quejándose y siendo extorcionado, amenazado, con puertas bloqueadas por cualquier motivo, al grado de tener bloqueados a cuatro huéspedes al mismo tiempo. Jamás en ningún hotel al rededor del mundo había visto semejante cosa. Los dueños son delincuenciales. Y repito respondan lo que respondan a quien guste tengo recibos de cobros ilegales y audios y videos con los cuales buscare asesoramiento legal al mismo tiempo que me coordino con aquellos huéspedes que estuvimos Bloqueados de puertas secuestrando pertenencias al mismo tiempo. DORMIR EN LA CALLE ES MÁS SEGURO QUE ESTA CUEVA DE LADRONES.

Excelente atención, súper cómodos y muy acogedor. Está sobre paseo Montejo, al ser un hotel nuevo, no se encuentran muchas referencias, pero estuve ahí hospedada con mi familia (2 menores de edad)
