It had potential but...
First, the positive. The unit is decorated nicely and well-equipped in terms of bedding, towels, wifi, TV, fans, AC, etc. They provided a bottle of water with dispenser. Unfortunately, we had some serious problems. On our way there, the propery manager informed us they were experiencing a leak from the rooftop pool into the master bath that couldn't be fixed without tearing everything out, so they had closed off that bathroom. The 1st night we were there, we awoke to a thud from within the closed bath, followed by the sound of water spilling. A few minutes later, water was seeping out under the door and flooding the bedroom floor. At that point, we discovered we had no running water in the unit. We reported the problem. They sent someone to fix it midday. They drained the pool & refilled the cistern. That evening, a pump switched on and the pool suddenly started filling itself. I called the PM and switched it off. But, from that point onward, we never had running water again during our 3-day stay, despite contacting both Vacasa and the PM multiple times. No refund yet either. No one takes responsibility. Good to know: while it looks just across the street from the beach, you can't really walk there. It is a walled compound & you have to go out & around. They are still building the complex. Only 3 houses were occupied during our stay. The area around the communal pool was torn up for repairs. There was no outdoor gym or sports courts--only a small playground.
