Welcome to Casa Gaviota, a recently refurbished property, and modernized including Solar Panels, high speed fiber optic internet, 3 Roku TVs with Live TV channels and a generous movies and series library, plus other useful amenities, such as a bicycle for your comfort.

Casa Gaviota offers a traditional Mexican holiday, enhanced with the modern amenities of life. The property consists of two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms plus an extra full bathroom by the pool. The Master Bedroom has en-suite bathroom. There are 3 smart Roku TV with live TV channels and movies library, 1 in the living-room and 1 in each bedroom, so all the guests may choose their entertainment. High speed internet with Izzi. A spacious patio with a very large swimming-pool, lounging area with sunloungers, a cozy bar, outdoor furniture for dinning al fresco, and a double hammack in the shade, for your comfort.

Perfect retreat!
Lovely 2 bed / 2 bath home perfectly sized for myself and my sister. The house is cozy and well furnished. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking any meals. We did not use the grill in back yard. The pool with the added fountain was lovely and we ended up spending most of our time there relaxing. An easy walk to the beach and not far from the centre. There were a number of power failures but this home has solar panel back up so other than the odd very quick interuption we had all our power (and wifi). There was a significant wind storm which messed the pool and a fellow was by within hours to clean it up.The community dog visits were a treat! We would definitely recommend and will book again for sure. This is our second time in the area and this location was very good and easy to get to. Neighborhood is quiet and we felt very safe.
