"Whilst many hotels in the same category are comfortable, the people who designed the Hyatt obviously wanted to add something extra to make the hotel different. Sure, the breakfast is good, the staff are lovely, the rooms are clean etc, but when you are in your room you don't feel like you are in a "Hotel" room so much. They have added decorative elements to make the rooms feel much more than "yet another Hotel". I've stayed there a few times, but all the rooms from the smaller standard rooms...
