"Everything was perfect. We worked with the owner of the property through VRBO and it was very easy to communicate, ask questions and get answers. We visited twice prior to our reservation date to get a feel for who would sleep where of the 40 folks on our list of invitees. The owner was always very accommodating. We were reminded of the no smoking policy only to enter a hallway that smelled like cigarettes and an elevator that reeked of marijuana. Upon our return from dinner, air fresher had been sprayed which made it slightly better."
