"Brand new hotel with a very stylish decor. Comfortable bed. Pleasant staff. Breakfast is ok if not outstanding. ( really bad coffee at breskfast. Something that would have been easy to fix). Pillows are very large and uncomfortable. And the pictures of a beach at the booking site are very misleading. The hotel is nowhere near a beach. "

"I am very happy and satisfied with this stay at arisan otel. The staff is very helpful and friendly the manager mohamad speaks very goof english and helped us in everything we needed. Near the hotel there are many restaurants and river walking area for the families."

" It says it is all inclusive total lie! When you check in, they give a time sheet for the food service. No alcohol is included, no canned drinks (nonalcohol) included, you can not even get coffee, they have a set timing for Turkish coffee if you want to drink. We still checked in and a room was given we went upstairs and the bathroom was dirty. My nephews, my mother and I was supposed to stay together at the family room. It is not as the photos on the website. Still I calmed my nephews down and told them I would talk to housekeeping to clean. They said they can not even take shower because there is pee next to the toilet. I did not think I would need to come this point to prove something! I took the worst side of the room becuase there is dirt on the wall too. We went downstairs, there is no AC at the reception, lobby, restaurant. (Even if they have it, they are not using) We decided to have dinner, it was way to hot outside and inside due to lack of AC. I told my family to take a walk and discover the hotel. Even the way to the pool was enough not to stay there. I was sure that I would not let any of my family use that pool or daybeds around. I checked in around 7pm and wanted to leave at 8pm. A lady fell down, I had to take action with my first aid training, there is no doctor or health room at the hotel. Low quality, dirty, over priced. Could stay only 2 hours (1 hour was dealing with the woman). I had to leave and book another hotel. Horrible!"

"I think all the hotels except few around this area are below average. And those few that look better are outrageously expensive. I would not stay in a hotel at Kizkalesi ever again. "

"Stayed here for 2 nights. We easily upgraded our room on arrival. The breakfast on the terrace was very good, large portions with fresh ingredients. Dinner of grilled fish and salads was delicious. Swimming off the deck in the cool water was amazing. The staff are very helpful and friendly. "

"The staff was friendly and patient as we translated between English and Turkish. Rooms were basic and clean w/a perfect little refrigerator that held ice, too. The staff, especially Serhat(?) was very accommodating and helpful. The curtains were not "black- out" as described on Expedia, so the room was always fairly light throughout the night and the parking was not free. Other than that- its an easy walk to the beach and in a great location. "
