"The location of this property couldn’t be beat. It’s in the heart of Florence so everything is accessible. My only gripe is that in the Expedia site it says Breakfast included. It should say “continental breakfast” as all the bookings I make have to include breakfast and it was quite a disappointment. I had a bit of a problem with my room, leaking pipes left the carpet wet around the tub but Andrea helped with that. One day used pillow cases were left on my suitcase, no coffee was left and the toilet brush and plunger were left on the toilet. She must have been in a hurry that day. "

For example half a loo roll provided and they wouldn’t replace and it cost €8 in their shop. Location was good just out of city and there is a bus stop right outside.
