"This house is not a "normal" house but with a lot of different rooms. Filled with nice arts and decorated with some old furniture. Real characteristic Italian house. Nice garden with different places to seat. The only comment what I can give is the small kitchen. The garden and the swimming pool is maintained daily. We stayed here with 6 adults ad 4 children. Nice place to be."

"The location of this home is perfect. Far enough away for peace and quiet, yet close enough to go to the grocery store and into Montepulciano. Frank and Silva, the owners were a delight. They didn't speak much english, but we laughed every morning with them. Frank makes his own wine from the on property vineyard and Silva makes handbags and jams. Frank wine is as good as any other in Italy. And so much less money!!! Their home and grounds are beautiful. We were three couples and had plenty...

"Overall we had a wonderful stay! This property is very charming and in an ideal location for exploring Tuscany. It was exactly what we were looking for in terms of a traditional Tuscany house to serve as a home base for our trip. The property itself is beautiful with fruit and olive trees surrounding it and flowers on the grounds. The house is very roomy with many places to sit outside and big bedrooms, with a giant kitchen table. Note that there is no AC (as is typical in Italy) - but there...

"The house and location are perfect for a family holiday, the pool is lovely and there are plenty of covered areas in the garden in which to relax when the sun gets too hot! The proprietors are very accommodating and fixed any issues (washing machine failed during our stay) immediately. The only thing to be aware of is that the region near the lake does suffer from mosquitoes which come out in the evening - so take repellent with you as it’s expensive in Italy!"

"We had a wonderful Christmas time in the tranquil Italian Countryside. Coming from the buzzing city, this place was exactly what we were looking for. Calm, cozy and big enough to host the family for a short week away.The house offers enough space for up to 8 adults, which each couple having their own bathroom. "This property is all it explains to be. The stay included myself, my husband, my daughters and their families. The property is spectacular, the rooms as beautiful as shown. The guesthouse was perfect for my daughter, her husband and 2 young children. The travel cots were perfect and opening the chest of toys brought so much joy to my 2 year old granddaughter.
