Magnificent non-detached house located in a well-kept complex with a communal pool by the sea.

The villa has on the ground floor a large living room, fully equipped kitchen, courtesy toilet and front and rear patios.

On the first floor there are three double bedrooms and two full bathrooms (one en suite) and on the top floor there is a solarium, a covered area ideal for outdoor meals, barbecue and shower.

In the basement there is a large garage for two cars and an auxiliary room with bathroom.

Free internet wi-fi access. Air conditioning in the living room and in all bedrooms.

Tourist services (room service, meals, drinks, etc.) are not provided inside the property during the guests' stay.
