The modern city apartment Flora was recently completed and has been furnished to a high standard. It is located within walking distance of the well known and popular Merano Thermal Baths with their park, numerous indoor and outdoor pools, saunas and the new medical center. In just a few steps

you can reach the town centre of Merano and the historic old town with the arcade alley (Laubengasse). You can park your car comfortably in the private garage. The apartment consists of a spacious living room with a comfortable couch, a well-equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, a bedroom with a queen-size bed as well as a bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet. It can therefore accomodate 2 people. Additional amenities include WiFi and a television. You can relax on the private covered terrace. Thanks to the central location of this apartment, all the essentials are just a short walk away. The apartment is surrounded by a large selection of shops, cafes and restaurants. Convince yourself of the spa town of Merano with its colorful lifestyle, which has an all-year round event program offering a wide choice of things to do throughout the year (The Gardens of Trauttmansdorff Castle, Christmas Market, ski and hiking area Merano 2000, etc.). Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr gut und freundlich. Am Anreisetag wurden wir gleich herzlich empfangen und in die sehr schöne, gepflegte und hochwertige Ferienwohnung eingewiesen. Eine Tiefgarage ist vorhanden erfordert allerdings etwas Geschick beim Einparken; kleinere Fahrzeuge sind hierbei klar im Vorteil. Da die Wohnung an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße liegt, was am Tag nicht stört, haben wir Nachts allerdings die Fenster geschlossen gehalten, um in Ruhe schlafen zu können. Durch den bereitgestellten Ventilator war dies allerdings kein Problem. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, so dass alles innerhalb weniger Gehminuten zu erreichen ist. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub und wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

Schöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Meran in dieser sehr gut ausgestatteten schönen Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Kurze Fusswege ins Stadtzentrum und der gut ausgebaute öffentliche Nahverkehr machen das Auto überflüssig.Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, sehr modern.

Sehr zentral gelegene Wohnung, zu Fuß sehr schnell in der Stadtmitte, der Balkon ist überdacht und auch bei Regen kann man dort sitzen. Das Haus liegt an zwei stark befahrenen Verkehrsstraßen (Tag und Nacht). An den Verkehrslärm konnten wir uns gewöhnen. Das Haus ist gut isoliert. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und aufgeschlossen.

Wir waren mit der Wohnung, dem Balkon und v.a.mit einer abgeschlossenen Garage mitten in der Stadt(

Pros: Die Wohnngsausstattung ist ganz neu,modern und komfortabel. Cons: Ja die Lage ist halt mitten in der Stadt und umgeben von sehr verkehrsreichen Straßen, aber das wird ja vor der Buchung schon mitgeteilt. Wer italienisches Flair sucht wird damit gut bedient.

Kurzurlaub im Herbst

Die Wohnung ist neu, sehr gut geschnitten, sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr schön. Der Empfang durch die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich. Etwas ungünstig ist die Lage an der Strasse. Der Balkon liegt an dieser Strasse. Nachts kann die Balkontüre etwas geöffnet bleiben, dann kommt genügend Frischluft. Die Geräusche sind dann im SChlafzimmer nicht mehr störend. Allerdings verfügt die Wohnung auch über eine Lüftungsanlage. Wir würden die Wohnung wieder buchen.

Hochwertige neue Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in der 2. Etage eines neu erbauten modernen Wohnhauses. Sie ist sehr hochwertig eingerichtet und wir waren die ersten Feriengäste. Die nette Vermieterin hat uns schon erwartet und alles lief reibungslos. Man konnte sie auch gut kontaktieren, sie hat immer recht schnell Fragen beantwortet. Es sind nur ca. 5 Gehminuten durch eine Straße mit schönen alten Platanen oder durch die Meraner Therme ins Zentrum. Auch Lebensmittel, Bäcker u. Apotheke sind ganz nah. Einziges kleines Manko, das Haus bzw. das Schlafzimmer liegt an einer verkehrsreichen Kreuzung. Mit geschlossenen Fenstern stört es allerdings nicht und wir haben dann über das Wohnzimmer gelüftet. Durch die Rolläden an allen Fenstern ist es auch schön kühl in der Wohnung. Wir waren im August dort zur heißesten Zeit des Jahres. Meran ist eine bezaubernde Stadt und ein toller Ausgangspunkt zum Wandern mit leichten, aber auch anspruchsvollen Touren. Wir waren ungeübt, aber der Meraner Höhenweg (erreichbar über verschiedene Seilbahnen) war auch für uns in Teilabschnitten gut schaffbar. Man hat dort dort atemberaubende Panoramaaussichten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
