"Not really a hotel problem, but something was happening outside in the market every night Into the late hours of the night. I stayed here multiple times in the past, this was the first time the outside noise kept me awake. Otherwise clean and very friendly."

"I really enjoyed my two night stay at this hostel. The team at reception were really helpful and friendly. The place opened in August 2024 to at least 4* hotel level. Great cafe and bar on ground floor. The location is very central in the old town and directly opposite Vets concert venue. Provides- Bedding Towel Soap/shower gel Keypad locker I had a great night's sleep in the very comfortable bed. The bathroom and shower rooms were to an excellent standard. "Een hele mooie locatie 700 van de pont. Het hele eiland is te belopen en soms is het hebben van een fiets aan te bevelen. Voor het wandelen is drie hele dagen voldoende om er te blijven, wij hebben in twee dagen het eiland bijna rond gelopen en op de derde dag een fiets gehuurd voor het ronden van de West punt. Een ding in het hotel werd vrijwel alleen Duits gesproken. De eigenaren zouden bijv. eens naar Texel moeten gaan. Duits is daar een tweede taal om de toeristen te woord te staan."

"The location was not great for walkers/pedestrians coming from the train station or airport to the Big Market SQ. or the Fish market sq. (Central Business Dist.) Also, there was alot of messy construction outside the front entrance, by the highway/freeway. Great hotel though, especially if you drive or are in GRN for a conference/event at the Martini Arena."

"I like the property alot looks very beautiful and luxury but the only thing that bothered me was no atm in the hotel and no way of public transport to the hotel , those are very vital things for people that need transport or money "

"Most of the employers were friendly and helpful. Night shift was very knowledgeable and accommodative. Restaurant staff provided great service. It was called , but there are no portable heaters . Swimming pool and spa , but no robes or slippers in the rooms and not available upon request. That was disappointing. Good location. Quiet , safe . Easy parking. Good food choices . Some front desk gals could use attitude adjustment. "

"The place exceeded our expectations. Lawrence is a first class host. The place is really quirky and well worth the money. Leeuwarden is just a fantastic base in the north of the country and we made a visit to one of the Wadden Islands with a two hour ferry journey which was splendid. "
