"We had a great stay when visiting Poitiers from Edinburgh. Decent sized room with good shower and separate toilet. The staff were friendly and helpful staff. The room was large enough and very clean and very quiet despite being next to the train station and overlooking the main road. 10 minutes from the city centre which is accessed by a reasonable set of stairs a few minutes from the hotel which could be a problem if you have mobility issues but was fine for us. Ideally located for the airport and train station and good boulangerie a few minutes walk away. Couldn't fault it or Poitiers as a place to visit."

"Always use this hotel as our first stop en route to Portugal from the UK. Once you have your booking ref the auto check in is painless. Breakfast is pretty good also. Nice French bar along the street that does good beers/wine/cheeses/meats called V and B. "

"Excellent restaurant which was a pleasant surprise, nice grounds to exercise the dog only small quibble was €30 charge per night for dog to stay which appears to have shot up since Covid🤔. Very close to motorway network so straight back onto to journey following morning. "

"Second stay here where the staff are very friendly and helpful, the breakfast (additional charge) is filling and one can get beer (limited choice). It's well placed and easy to find. We will be staying again."

"We booked 2 rooms but the automated system only gave us 1 at check in so we had to see the lady at reception after 5pm to get the second one. It is a Poor and confusing digital system. Also the location of the hotel is not helpful for access to restaurants in the evening. ( your own food offering was limited) We had a long walk round a busy unsafe road, or had to drive into the city."

"Nous avons eu 2 chambres rénovées communicantes. La literie est bonne. Et le petit déjeuner est varié avec une partie de produits maison ou du coin. Nous ne nous attendions pas à si bien. Si nous repassons par la, nous nous y arrêterons avec plaisir"
