Warm family home

House completely renovated, for 6 people, in a typical village at the foot of Sancerre.
It is composed on the ground floor, living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, 2 high chairs.
1 bedroom (double bed 160), 1 WC on the ground floor, bathroom, storeroom.
And upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms, one with 1 double bed 160 and 1 bedroom with 2 beds of 90, and a bathroom, with a baby bath.
There are 2 beds umbrellas, and 1 changing table.
Sheets and towels are provided.
But if you want to bring your sheets and towels, we raise 15 € per room, just tell us to update the rate.
Cleaning charge of 30 € to be paid on the spot at your arrival.

Lovely home in Sancerre
We chose this spot for our family trip to this wonderful town. Located near the old viaduct, very scenic surroundings. Easy drive to town center. Host Geraud was very helpful & provided clear instructions regarding access & parking and local recommendations. Beds are comfortable. Note that upstairs rooms are up a circular staircase. Great stay!

Great gite in a lovely village
The gite we stayed in was very well equipped, spacious and comfortable. The hosts have thought of pretty much everything holidaying family need for their stay. It is well positioned for exploring the Loire valley and especially the hill town of Sancerre itself The reason this is not a five star review is because we really felt that there needed to be a second toilet, preferably on the first floor. A house for six with only one toilet on the ground floor and a spiral staircase to navigate in the night should the first occupants need a toilet in the night, seems not to be optimal. Apart from that we had a great stay and we would recommend this property to friends and family travelling to this part of France.

A lovely house near Sancerre
The house had everything we wanted and the owners were very kind and helpful. The kitchen was very well furnished and the bathrooms and toilet brandnew. The backgarden was very nice to relax and from there you can reach the parking, suitable for two cars. It takes less than ten minutes by car to Sancerre and the Carrefour supermarket. And the landscape: wonderful!

Es war sehr schön, das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, besonders schön war der Wintergarten. Um uns herum wurde der Wein geerntet, der natürlich auch probiert werden konnte. Guter Ausgangspunkt für tolle Ausflüge

Excellente location
Location fidèle à l'annonce, contact facile avec le propriétaire. Maison très propre, spacieuse et confortable. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un excellent séjour.Cuisine très bien équipée pour ceux qui aiment cuisiner. La veranda permet de profiter de la lumière extérieure et du jardin très bien aménagé. Nous aimerions y revenir si l'occasion se présente.

Maison chaleureuse et bien équipée extérieure conviviale
Tout était parfait, très jolie maison et confortable où l’on se sent vite comme à la maison. Très propre, lits fait et confortable, serviettes fournis un plus. Les salles d’eau sont très fonctionnelles. L’extérieur est agréable avec petit coin salon de jardin pour prendre l’apéritif et se détendre où les petits oiseaux viennent picorer. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et nous on donné de bons conseils pour le restaurant et pour visiter les caves. Je recommande si vous voulez passer un séjour au pays du vin de Sancerre.

Weekend à Sancerre
Petite maison pleine de charme avec beaucoup d espace , très bien située. Ambiance chaleureuse près de la cheminé . Nous nous sommes retrouvés entre amis,une bouteille de Sancerre nous attendait dans le réfrigérateur. Que du bonheur, très belle adresse dans les vignes.

Een keurige woning maar wat niet vermeld werd is dat er naar alle kamers trapjes op en af waren, vooral voor ouderen niet makkelijk. Ook vanaf de straat om de woning binnen te komen was een hoge instap. Op de foto’s leek alles gelijkvloers.

Maison de campagne charmante et très bien équipée agrémentée d’un jardin fleuri où nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. Nos hôtes nous ont guidé à distance pour une installation confortable. La campagne environnante offre des paysages magnifiques. Notre seul regret, y avoir séjourné trop peu de temps.

Charme et authenticité, idéalement placée
Maison pleine de charme et très bien située au pied des vignes, mais à moins de 5 minutes de Sancerre. Elle est au calme, le jardin est charmant, la literie est de très bonne qualité et tout a été pensé pour que nous passions un excellent séjour. La gentillesse du propriétaire, ainsi que ses conseils et ses petites attentions font que nous nous sentons attendus et accueillis en toute simplicité. Adresse à garder pour compléter les balades que nous n'aurons pas eu le temps de faire !

Avec une météo un peu hivernale, nous avons passé un super séjour en famille auprès de la cheminée. Le gîte est bien équipé avec des petites attentions de la part des propriétaires pour s'y sentir comme chez soi.

Très agréable séjour dans la région de Sancerre dans une maison parfaite!
Maison très jolie et agréable, d'une propreté irréprochable. Elle est très bien décorée et la cuisine est un endroit très chaleureux. Nous avons passé un excellent week-end à 5, et tout est fait pour un groupe de cette taille avec un salon très cosy, du bonheur!

Très beau et très fonctionnel !
Nous avons passé un super week-end prolongé dans ce gîte. La maison est décoré avec beaucoup de goût et de soin et en même temps très fonctionnelle, avec tout ce qu’il faut d’équipements et les petites indications utiles. Le jardin est vraiment très agréable également. La procédure de la boîte à clef pour l’arrivée et le départ est vraiment pratique, même si nous n’avons pas eu le plaisir de rencontrer nos hôtes (qui nous avaient néanmoins consacré tout le temps nécessaire par téléphone auparavant). Enfin la région est vraiment très chouette, avec beaucoup de choses à faire pour les enfants (château, balades, fermes...) et pour les grands (caves...). Je recommande vivement !
