"After arriving in Kusadasi to find our friends villa uninhabitable, I searched the web to find an alternative venue and came across this one. So so glad we did as it really made our holiday. The owners were extremely welcoming and very accommodating towards our needs. The villa was excellent in terms of cleanliness, facilities and all to a very high standard. "This was by far the best stay we had over 2 weeks in Turkey and one of the best house rentals we've had. The house was beautifully designed and spacious for our family of 4; the air conditioning worked very well despite afternoon temps in the high 90s; and the location was perfect for visiting Ephesus. The manager also kindly arranged a taxi for us to and from Sirince so we could do some evening wine tasting there. It was a terrific place to stay. "

"Lovely place and lovely host. Being able to look out of the window and see 2 thousand years all monument is priceless. The house is well equipped with linens, dishes, glasses, kitchen appliances and everything you might need. The location is perfect - minutes from all the Ephesus attractions and restaurants. "Not easy to find, no extras such as the usual toiletries, only two each of bowls, plates, and cups in the kitchen . . nothing else. To have access to anything everything has to be paid for. It isn't easy access to the beach. The entire place was very warm. The pool area seemed nice."

"Great location, very professional service. Thermal water swimming pool and gym equipped with brand new machines were good to have after a long day of exploring İzmir. Breakfast spread was amazing. I really enjoyed my stay. I would recommend it to everyone. "

A win and a draw! ⚽️

"We travelled from Fethiye and stayed here for 5 nights, it is situated between and within easy walking distance of Basmane and Kemer railway stations (so if you can, get yourself an Izmir transport card, as there is a Metro and lots of buses available too). It is also ideal for walking to many local attractions such as the Agora, Kültürpark, Kemeraltı bazaar, Saat Kulesi and the Kordon. Breakfast was great for us, cheese, meat, olives, bread. jams, eggs, pastries, cereal, tea, coffee and juice. We stayed to see the sights having not stayed in İzmir before and also to see two football matches. The English speaking gentleman on reception was very helpful on arrival of where we could eat nearby and also helped us to get where we needed to be for our first match."
