History:
This property was the original Southwestern Bell building built in 1950. It was later sold to Roy Riales, speaker for the House of Representatives of the State of Arkansas, who leased it to the Polk County Health Clinic. It was later purchased by Paul Tyrone Lewis an American artist who was sought after throughout the United States and internationally. Mr. Lewis used it as an art gallery.
