☀ Absolutely No smoking inside the house- there is bucket for Cigarette butts on a table outside in front porch
☀ Pets are allowed for an additional non-refundable fee of $50 for 1 pet and $75 for a maximum of 2 pets.
☀ No events, parties, or large gatherings.
☀ Must be at least 25 years old to book
☀ Please report any damages that occur during stay
☀ Please be careful for your safety & gently use the Hearthstone fireplace (firewood not provided)
☀ No hunting, no fishing and no shooting allowed on the property
☀ Please DO NOT touch or play on the trailer under the tree in driveway (owner’s property)
☀ Please DO NOT get on Trampoline on the property; it is for the owner's use only and has a lock with “Keep Out” sign
☀ Please Do not throw trash in the creek
☀ Please leave the lock position VERTICAL for the lock right below Smartlock at ALL TIMES.
☀ There is a $500 fee for smoking in the premises.
☀ Late Check Out Fees are as follows: $50 for the first hour, $100 for two hours, and $500 for any extended time.
☀ These fees ensure fair compensation for our cleaners or any subsequent guests affected by delays. If you need a late checkout, please inquire in advance. Depending on upcoming bookings, we might accommodate you, though a fee might still apply.
☀ Extra Guests: If more guests than permitted are found at the property, we reserve the right to deny entry based on Vrbo’s policies. Extra guests will be treated as trespassers. An additional fee of $50/night per extra guest may apply, or we might request that you vacate the property.
