This historic property was built in 1900! It's got all the charm of a building from that era with the a brick exterior, 10 ft tall ceilings, large windows throughout, and detailed wood work but also with the modern comforts of a fully renovated bathroom.
Very conveniently located in Midtown in "Central Gardens" which is one of Memphis' most exclusive neighborhoods packed full of beautiful historic homes.

You will have full access in the apartment; there are no locked doors or cabinets.
Your apartment has digital door locks so that you can check in on your own. Meeting you there in person won't be necessary, but we will be available 24/7. If you need anything at all, just send us a quick message.
Walk out the front door and you'll find yourself in"Central Gardens" which is one of Memphis' most exclusive neighborhoods packed with beautiful historic homes. A short Uber (5 min) will bring you to bustling Overton square, one of Memphis' most happening areas with a host of other restaurants and bars.
Head downtown in the other direction in a short 5 min Uber ($8) and you'll find yourself engulfed in Memphis' blues scene on the famous Beale Street.
In addition to the many great eateries (which you'll find in the guidebook I'll send you), there are several parks nearby and places to relax.
Uber or Lyft are readily available and definitely the best option.
There is a trolley that runs down Madison and will bring you to downtown if you want a little more of a historic experience heading downtown.
You can park directly in front of the apartment on the street. Street parkin is readily available but please take note of any street parking signs

➤ If you are a local resident, you must contact us before booking
➤ Guests acknowledge that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 10:00 pm; sound will travel through the walls if too loud.
➤ No parties or events allowed
➤ Guest must provide us with a valid ID that matches their credit card information
➤Upon booking, you will receive a rental agreement/check-in form that you are required to sign and return before your arrival.
➤ Guest must provide us with a valid working phone number & guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible
➤ NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental; guest acknowledges that no "smoking" includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and "use of fire" includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. There will be a $200 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed
➤ There can not be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any one time, violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund
➤ Late check-out fee of $50 (if not authorized) applies for check-outs after 11:00 am. We're sorry we have to charge this but we pay our housekeepers based on the agreed-upon checkout time and if they are unable to clean we still have to pay them
➤ We will place a small deposit hold on your credit card the day before your arrival to cover any accidental property damage that may occur and it will be released after your check out. If we fail to capture your security deposit, your reservation will automatically be cancelled
➤ We would like to inform you that a 4% credit card fee will be applied to any cancellations and refunds and we will follow the platform's cancellation policy
➤ Guests who make reservations for over 30 days must sign our standard lease agreement and agree to a background check before check-in (it will be provided before check-in)
➤ As part of our commitment to maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, we require a midterm cleaning for reservations lasting 30 days or longer. The midterm cleaning will take place on the 15th day of your reservation. This cleaning is mandatory and is designed to ensure the continued cleanliness and hygiene of the property
➤ The cleaning fee for the mandatory mid-stay clean will be deducted from your security deposit
➤ No pets allowed
➤ Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee and will be evidenced with photos
➤ For your security and protection the property is equipped with an exterior camera
➤ Remember to take all your belongings when checking out. Left something? There's a $50 Mailing Fee (not including postage). We aim to return items within 7-10 business days, but please bear with us during busy times. Thanks for understanding!
➤ For security reasons, NO food or package deliveries inside our gated complexes or internal buildings. Please meet them outside the buildings or gates.
➤ If not following any of our rules forces us to refund or discount an upcoming or existing guest you will be liable for the costs
➤ If you were a previous/current guest and did not respect our house rules and our property, we have the right to decline your next reservation. Thank you for understanding
