Very conveniently located - easy driving distance to multiple fun restaurants, shops, and venues. Short and safe walk to the park. The host is extremely responsive and super friendly. Hope to visit Memphis soon and stay here again!

Perfect place for Rhodes parents!
The location of this property is a pleasant walk to Rhodes as well as the park and zoo. It was clean and well appointed. Katy and her daughter are lovely. Highly recommended.

Gem near Overton Park
This is a separate back house in a beautiful old neighborhood, right at the edge of Overton Park. Very safe and convenient to midtown and downtown. I will definitely try to stay here again.

Nice Midtown Location!
We had a pleasant stay in this backyard suite. The property was very well suited for my family of 3. It was clean and roomy and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. It was a little challenging checking in after dark because the suite is all the way in the backyard but the host had very clear instructions on how to do so which put us at ease. I would recommend this property to anyone travelling to the Midtown area. Five stars!!

Cute cottage, perfect set up, and fabulous location. Neighborhood and park were wonderful for walking around and exploring area. Host was very friendly and her daughter was super helpful when we couldn’t get the door unlocked!
