things in the room didn’t work and not handled properly. no one at the front desk because they’re all congregating around the corner. poor customer service FYI this was the second hotel off I40 that was a horrible experience. especially after a long distance drive

The room had mold black mold on the air conditioner vent. I couldn’t find a towel without someone else’s hair on it. The carpet is nasty and shower was not cleaned. I frequent here and this hotel is consistently getting worse.

I only have positive things to say, The staff all were courteous and helpful. The room had plenty of space. Very quiet and I had no problems sleeping. The breakfast bar was good. The rate was reasonable. I would stay here again if I come back to the area to visit.

Overnight stay while travelling with family
The front staff was friendly and helpful. Good breakfast selection in the morning. We got a pull out sofa bed for one child but it was in such bad shape and uncomfortable we just all squeezed into the queen bed. The bathroom was updated however the paint was mostly peeled out of the tub, looking terrible. The hotel was quiet and good for 1 overnight. Didn't feel the price was worth what we got, especially since the sofa bed was so uncomfortable (and we don't usually have high expectations for sofa beds. The regular beds were comfortable though.
