Thanksgiving with St Jude granddaughters
Your lovely place made us feel homey and comfortable while we had a Thanksgiving and birthday celebration with our family, and child being treated at St Jude. We were able to walk to St Jude and provide another place to break up the monotony of a daily cancer treatment schedule. It was a challenging time and you contributed to make it fun and meaningful! Uptown Memphis
Very nice house. The extra half bathroom came in handy. Free coffee pods to use with the Keurig. The location is very close to Beale Street and a short drive to Graceland. Amanda was very responive. The kitchen could have used a couple larger bowls as we cooked a big breakfast every day. But overall a great location and nice clean home.

Cozy litte cottage.
Having not been to Memphis before i would have been more concerned about location, but this neighborhood not any different from rest of city. Very clean, the most comfortable beds and clean linens, easy access and little touches made for a comfy stay.

Pleasant and relaxing stay
Coming from a small city myself the neighborhood initially looked sketchy but it wasn't. Pretty quiet other than traffic noise, never felt unsafe. Property manager was super easy to get in touch with and very friendly. If you're like me and don't know, park along the curb in the direction of traffic flow or risk getting a small traffic fine lol. Would stay here again for sure.

House was comfortable, host was great.
House was clean. Beds were comfortable. Electricity was out when we arrived. I contacted host and she got right on it. Found out there was a power outage and she brought us lanterns. The was a bit of a smell of maybe spray or something. The neighbor hood on the way in from the 40 was horrible and worried us but had not trouble at the house. Neighbor was nice. Host was so great but would probably look for a bit better location next time.

The house is very nice and very clean. Our host was great! Prompt response to communications. The house had everything we needed, we could have used a couple more pots and pans one evening but we made due. I imagine most visitors are out sampling the local cuisine. The location can't be beat, five minutes to downtown and close to everything. We were initially a bit concerned about the neighborhood, not being familiar with Memphis and just going by information we could look up, but it turned out to be just fine and very quiet. I would not hesitate to book here again in the event we make a return visit to Memphis.

Welcoming light in the dark.
Arrived in Memphis during a torrential downpour to see the warm glow of the porch light and an interior light welcoming us. Contacted Amanda during our stay when I thought we locked ourselves out and she immediately identified the problem. Lovely experience.

Great spots for girls trip to Memphis
This was a great rental for a girls’ trip to Memphis. It was great after sightseeing during the day (a short drive to everything) then come back to relax, order in & enjoy a glass of wine. Beds were comfortable & everything we needed was in place. Amanda was very attentive. Highly recommend

Great stay in Memphis
We rented this as a quick escape from Florida to avoid Ian! We weren't disappointed. Great location, clean, nice, - just what we wanted. Amanda was fantastic! We had to book it on really short notice in the evening before Ian hit and she worked with us to get everything taken care of quickly. It turned the situation into a nice little vacation. We'll definitely return to Memphis and this is where we'll stay!

Fantastic Getaway
OMG!! This charming and cozy spot was an awesome pick! There was an issue with the keyless entry, but Amanda communicated prior too and was extremely accommodating. The house was extremely clean and the neighborhood was quiet. Super close to downtown. I will definitely make this my go to place whenever in Memphis. Thanks Amanda for the wonderful experience!

Warm and Comfortable
My friend and I stayed here recently, and we were very impressed. As someone who would normally stay at hotels, I thought to try something different this time. Boy, was I ever glad that I did! The place was clean, comfortable and secure, with plenty of space to meet our needs. The location was blissfully quiet. Amanda was very attentive and responded to our questions quickly. My friend said that she would have liked to have had an ironing board, and the mattress of the bed that I slept on was a bit too firm for my old joints, but neither of these things were deal-breakers for either one of us. Would definitely book a stay here in the future! Two thumbs up!👍🏾 👍🏾

Our stay was lovely, we were within a couple of miles either way to the Memphis highlights; yet tucked away in a quiet little nest that traffic noise didn't invade. A extra special surprise was a little side patio and a separate garden view visible from the common area.

I was traveling with three other friends to Memphis as we explored the Civil Rights Trail. Our little house was perfect. It was clean and perfectly appointed. Beds were very comfortable, laundry available and decorating up-to-date and modern. Nice windows for sunshine! it was a quiet and up and coming neighborhood and in a good location for access to downtown Memphis and the Mississippi River. I would definitely return.
