"This is an exquisite hotel in the old French town in Pondicherry. Although not a heritage hotel, hotel, to their credit, made it a point to make it look so. Kudo. The rooms are luxurious and have all the amenities one would want. The from office staff, two men and a woman whose names I will add in when have access to the paper, were kind, courteous and super-helpful. I had a wonderful time!!!"

Dining experience at the Kabab House was wonderful too with some exquisite food servings and great service. Breakfast staff were good and special shoutout to Sagar who looked after our needs and made up for the complete lack of communication or acknowledement from the manager in charge n both days.
