"Lovely place"

"I had a good night. The place is in great modern condition. Very clean. Good facilities including kitchen to cook own food. Towel, toiletries and towels are NOT provided, but available for a small charge, such as €3 for a padlock. The check in and out was easy and friendly. Not bang in the centre, but short walk meaning away from the crowds. I would return without hesitation."

"Aus einem Buchungsfehler an der Reception habe ich dann ein Hotelzimmer statt dem Appartement bekommen zum kleineren bezahlten Preis, Wirklich eine sehr, sehr faire und für mich angenehme Lösung, weil ich sonst am Abend nach der Dusche noch mal die Location wechseln hätte müssen. So wurde mir das Hotelzimmer überlasse. Vielen Dank an den netten, kompetenten Herrn an der Reception."

"Very lovely hotel and the staff is nice too. I forgot to have cash on me for the per person hotel tax and they covered it for me, but I feel terrible about it. The rooms are nice with very modern bathrooms. Lots of Chinese propaganda channels on the TV service though!"

The management were very helpful and polite. Overall the service and standards were great and we would definitely recommend. "

"This hotel is in an older part of town, extremely close to the Vyšehrad fortress. You can just walk up the hill to it. The fortress is definitely worth spending 5-6 hours. The hotel itself is quaint in an older building and is clean and a budget stay. If you have a car, there is parking about 100 meters away for 10 euros a day. There is a tram stop almost immediately outside of the hotel to get to the city center. There is also a nice pub adjacent. In short, it is worth they stay. I wish...

"I would give it a 5 stars BUT. it’s the hotel without reception only with self checking kiosk. So if you have an issue with check in application, in our case it was frozen on one page, you are actually stuck without help. And as a tourist that just arrived to Czechia I did not have local provider to make a call. So literally you are alone with the comp that at that moment didn’t work. It should be solution for such cases. "
