"Everyone at the hotel was super friendly. The hotel had all the basic amenities and everything was really clean. It was a good price for the area. I went in the summer and the air conditioner worked great which is important for summers in Italy. The hotel is in a very good area, safe and near lots of shops, restaurants and the beach. "

"Really beautiful property and spa. We loved our stay and experience at the restaurant and spa. My only issues were with the room having a slight cigarette smell and spa not being ready at opening one of the days we went in the morning"

"Check in horrible, Sent us to room with 30 degrees celcius. We complained. They moved us to room with air conditioning. Room 3 star type. But thermal baths very excellent. Breakfast average. "

"Decent rooms. €40 extra for 3 hours in the spa. Closes at 14:00 for the afternoon. Some mold in shower. Very loud moving chairs in room above or next door. Dinner was average taste. Breakfast good. Free parking. "

"The swimming pool is great. The food served at the restaurant is fine, but not to the standard of other restaurants in the area, that are actually cheaper than the restaurant. Really helpful staff. Staying in the swimming pool was a great experience. The room was noisy and not sufficiently comfortable. I think that there is a massive difference between the rooms facing the pool (quiet and great), and the rooms facing the road, as it was our case. "A unique type of "hotel". The room concept with a shared kitchen was great. You received biscuits and coffee but the equipment to have your own breakfast as well as space in a common fridge. Room was spacious with a view of the sea and private balconies. A great concept that suited our needs. Host was amazing."

"Good place to stay however when I asked for fresh towel was told that in Italy they change towels weekly. The owner was responsive when we asked for an iron. They had snacks, water and juices for us upton arrival."
