"Lovely room booked for an overnight stay in town. Excellent location but worth noting that suite with terrace didn't have a sea view as described, it had no view at all. Also up a very steep staircase, particularly coming down them could be problematic if you have any mobility issues "

"This was a beautiful boutique hotel in the middle of Old Town. We had a spacious suite with a loft. The pool was an excellent addition to take a dip after our walks. Breakfast was so yummy, especially the Greek pastries and yoghurt. The outdoor area was beautiful. Would highly recommend this quaint hotel."

"We arrived after a late flight into Heraklion, the welcome was warm with the offer of a cold welcome beer. The room was more than we expected woth plenty of space and good amenities. Morning arrived and we had a fabulous breakfast out on the deck admiring the view over the valley. We only spent a night here bit wish we could have had 1 more. Highly reccomended"

"We had a great studio in this quiet part of the Old Town. It was cleaned every day and was spotless. The manager was really helpful and ensured we had everthing we needed. There were many tavernas nearby including a really good one recommended by the manager. We would return here if we came back to Rethymno."

"This is a great place to stay on the edge of the old town. The owner was very helpful, she made sure we had everything we needed, and her thoughtfulness made us feel very welcome. We had a 1st floor balcony room which was excellent and we thought that it was worth paying the extra. The pool and courtyard space is very peaceful - with lots of thoughtful touches like free tea one coffee, and a dedicated drinking water tap"

"I'm quite fussy about where we stay (to say the least!) and Marianthi apartments did not disappoint! Rooms were spotless, cleaned everyday to a high standard and had everything you needed. The pool and garden area made for a relaxing place to sunbathe but to leave the hotel you are only 1 minute from the main street with shops, restaurants, bars. "Property was amazing! The room was beautiful, spotlessly clean, comfortable, furniture was lovely. Shower was great, all utensils were great. Balcony was amazing on the quiet street but ten seconds robtavwrnas and craft shops, 2 supermarkets, 3 beaches in five mins walk. Such a beautiful wee town which I felt so safe. Friendly atmosphere. Lucy was also beautiful and very helpful. Will definitely be returning to Lucy’s Pension and Panormos. 10/10"

"I cannot impress upon people how idillic this villa is. It is set near a very small village with peaceful, beautiful surroundings. The villa itself has all the amenities one would require, and the inside is is fabulous condition. There was a maid service twice a week and she did a marvelous job keeping the 5 star villa clean and today. Highly recommend this place for anyone planning a holiday to Crete. "
