"Most enjoyable stay"

"Nice place on Camino!"

"The hotel was decent but the reception wasn’t open 24 hours so if you’re arriving late (around 11pm or so), you’ll always have to knock and wake up whoever is in there. There was one night that I almost didn’t get into the hotel because no one was at the reception and the main door was locked. Luckily, a woman who was also staying there arrived and called his boyfriend and unlocked the door for us from the inside. There was also a small spark or kind of a little explosion in one of the sockets in my room. I went to the receptionist but no one was there and waited for more than 30 minutes. A guest who happened to be an electrician helped me out. I decided to transfer hotels after 4 nights of stay. "

"Overall 5 stars but I do want to give a few pointers… if you get there after dark know that the parking will be before you reach the actual hotel building. It’s dark so it will be a little challenging for you to recognize. Once you find the parking it will be super easy. Make sure you get the gate code, room number, and all the check in instructions after you book the reservation because this hotel is self contained which means there will not be a person checking you in. The whole hotel seems brand new. Very clean. Bedroom and bathroom is very small but enough for a short stay. Bed is very comfortable and breakfast has everything you need for a good start of your day! I would recommend this place and would stay there again for sure! "

"Nice property. The area is very quiet and green. The staff were also helpful and kind. But there’s a need to pay attention to some details: Some areas for improvement: - at night, outdoor lights were not functioning (from the restaurant to the pool area) - room 301: entrance door needs repair. Toilet seat super noisy. The shower floor is bent in the wrong direction, so there is always a lot of water left. - room service was minimal (no towel refresh, no water added after the first day) - there are not enough sun beds at the pool area. There were often none left at around 4-5p - breakfast could benefit from fresher/more ‘homemade’ options. There were too many industrial cheese/jam/bread/toppings. Not a bad breakfast but given the good quality of the restaurant on the evening we were expecting something better."
