"Because of the different levels our room was like a suite. With only 9 rooms in the palazzo it feels very exclusive. On any subsequent trips to Florence I would make it my first choice. "

"The gardens were iconic and relaxing though the bathrooms were outdated and small and due to the tile flooring and wooden doors noise traveled far within the space. "

"Vacation for a family of 5. The apartment was nice. The only downside was poor communication. I contacted them per their instructions a week before our arrival with our information and was told we could drop our luggage early. When we arrived in Florence, I sent a message via Whatsapp 30 minutes before getting to the apt. (per their instructions), but never heard back. "We were so pleased with our luck to find this gem of a property at the last minute! The room was gorgeous a d the staff was extremely helpful before and during our stay. Fresh strawberries and a bottle of Prosecco on arrival was a special added touch! You will not be disappointed. Located steps away from shopping and Il Campo where there is plenty to see and do…yet the location is quiet and secluded, best of both!! "
