The villa has a large front and rear outdoor space with double covered patio, livable open-space living room, open kitchen area equipped with oven, refrigerator and dishwasher, living area with sofa bed and relaxing sofa, two kitchen areas with full double kitchen, two double bedrooms, double private garden, double outdoor patio for dining in maximum tranquility between sea and nature, barbecue area, two bathrooms, one of which is complete with crystal shower cabin with Jacuzzi and radio and with Jacuzzi, outdoor shower for after beach and private parking in the small villa in front.
In the villa there are bicycles that can be used for free
The villa is about 900 meters from the enchanting beach of San Foca where guests will be greeted by fine white sand and Caribbean sea.
We can accommodate up to 7 people,
Balconies with views, large outdoor spaces, the sea just a few meters away, peace and tranquility reign supreme: everything you need for a comfortable and Relaxing vacation!!!

Premier séjour dans les Pouilles
Accès difficile au logement (adresse indiquée ne permet pas d’y accéder). Intérieur conforme au descriptif mais équipement minimum pour un séjour prolongé (pas de micro ondes, ni grille pain, peu de vaisselle et ustensiles). Nous étions deux et avons déjà trouvé l’équipement limite. Rapport qualité /prix peu intéressant.

Maison moderne plutôt fonctionnelle
Maison récente avec confort mais attention il n’y a pas deux salles de bains mais une seule dans la chambre parentale . La deuxième salle de bain est en fait une salle d’eau. Attention si nombreux . A notre arrivée le lave vaisselle ne fonctionnait pas.
