Located in a small and quiet dead end, the holiday home has well-made furnishings in excellent condition: a double bed and two single beds respectively in the two bedrooms, a living room with sitting area and TV corner, a bathroom, a kitchen and a dining room with washing machine which overlooks the back thanks to a bright veranda.
The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning in the living area and in one of the two bedrooms.

The balcony is comfortable, large and habitable and boasts a large roller awning that allows you to enjoy the shade even during the hottest hours of the day, as well as guaranteeing maximum privacy. The curtain can in fact be extended up to the parapet of the balcony, completely closing the room.
At the back of the house it is possible to park in a closed and private area, shared, small parking space for a medium-sized car. While on the front the alley and the courtyard are accessible only to a few residents.

The accommodation is located in Corte Sant'Andrea which crosses Via Atene, it is the third street on the right along Via Atene with the sea behind you.
