"The hostel staff were very kind and friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The bedroom was clean, and the bed was comfortable. However, the overall experience fell short of expectations for a 4-star hotel. Several advertised amenities were either unavailable or not functioning. The TV signal was not working, and both the rooftop terrace and jacuzzi were out of use. He went above & beyond in arranging an early taxi for us and made sure all went well, helped us to our room and gave great directions for places in the neighborhood. "
