"Schlechter geht es tatsächlich nicht…. die Lage des Hauses ist zwar schön, allerdings liegt es nicht wie suggeriert am See, sondern ein ganzes Stück den Hang hinauf. Der Zustand des Hauses ist beklagenswert, überall liegt noch Material von der letzten Renovierung herum.
