Very poor experience
We hadn't received the key code on the morning of our arrival. We contacted the host via Stayz with no response. We then acquired the phone number through the Stayz app and sent a text then a follow up phone message. All went unanswered. When we arrived at the cottage at 2pm we contacted Stayz who then contacted the host. We got the code a few minutes later. Barbara phoned and left a message at 8.30 pm that same night saying she has just realised that we were staying for a few days and would follow up with her daughter. So the start of our stay wasn't great to say the least. The accommodation itself wasn't clean. The wooden windows were rotten and most weren't able to be opened. We had to clean the inside of the kettle as it was thick with build up. We came home a day early. Don't recommend this property at all.
