Once a Eucalyptus Distillery, this landmark building has been masterfully converted while retaining its industrial soul in the heart of bustling Richmond.

Positioned just a few doors from the heart of Bridge Road for shopping, cafes and trams or a little further to Church Street, Citizens Park and train station.

Not only is it an unbeatable location but the property has been stylishly furnished with everything you need for your stay.

Behind a secure entry, this first floor apartment showcases its warehouse heritage loud and proud with cast concrete ceilings, heavy steel beams and iron framed factory windows complimented by hardwood floors and stainless steel finishes.

The apartment comprises an open plan living zone with split system heating & air conditioning, ceiling fan, bench with 2 chairs plus super comfortable couch and 55 inch smart TV.

The kitchen is well appointed with Smeg appliances including a 900mm gas stainless steel cooktop, limited edition 'Coca Cola' fridge, dishwasher, microwave, funky kettle & toaster, plus Nespresso pod machine. We provide coffee, tea, sugar, milk and drinking chocolate in case you don't feel like venturing out.

There is a separate bedroom with queen sized bed & an abundance of robes served by a spacious semi ensuite with a shower over a corner spa bath, toilet plus washing machine & dryer.

To top this off there is a secure under building carpark for one (Please note: The carpark roof height is 1.9 metres high).

Guests will have exclusive access to the whole apartment and carspace for the duration of their stay.

Although we won't be available in person we are available to answer any questions through the booking platform throughout your stay.
This is a very quiet block so no visitors or loud noise.

There is no smoking allowed in the apartment, if you do smoke you will be charged an extra $500 towards cleaning.

Please note: We don't allow check ins or check outs on public holidays due to cleaners availability, if you try and choose this option it will say host unavailable on the calendar.
