Stayed for the formula 1, easy access to the Southern Cross Trams. Staff went above & beyond, and were extremely professional in trying circumstances. Felt very much at home, and was the perfect base for our week in Melbourne. Rooms were quiet, clean, and well maintained.

Took an hr to get checked in then key didnt work, once able to get in the room wasnt twin room but a king room. They did however seperate beds when we were out

The hotel was a bit tired and cleanish. There were signs of previous guest with sticky fingerprints on the bed side table, the carpet heavily stained. Whle the cost and location was great. I won't be staying here next time.

Location is convenient just behind the southern cross station. Trams and trains are nearby, just need to take a lift up to Colin’s street and rather easy. Quiet area as well. Walls are thin but generally ok
