It's not like any of the big brands, you get what you paid for. Very conveniently located to a major train station, located in the free tram zone as well. Everything else (room wise) is absolutely minimal average cleanliness

We stayed here because we were in town for a concert at Marvel and the location walkability is fantastic. The hotel itself is pretty average though and is overpriced compared to other Melbourne 4-5 star hotels. I normally stay at the Sheraton or Crown or Hyatt Centric so my expectations are probably a bit high, the the building itself is quite basic, as are the rooms and furnishings and there’s no lift security up to the rooms so anyone can walk straight in the front door and come up. There’s no room upgrade for Gold Members either. The twin beds are Single beds - not King Singles which is usually the least you expect in a twin room - but they are ok comfort wise. We only got 1 pillow each and I ended up calling reception to get more & there were supposed to be 2 each. Everything in the room is totally adequate and it was quiet but it was just too expensive for what it is. Parking is available next door and is charged at $30 per night which is pretty standard. Location is great for Marvel but not really for anything else. Don’t think I’d stay here again.
