Spacious and modern 3 bedroom townhouse in perfect Moonee Ponds locations – located between CBD (4kms) and Tullamarine Airport (15kms), close to everything, opposite the MVV Legend Bistro/Bars, 5 minutes walk to Route 59 Trams, shops and cafes.
You will have the entire 150sqm double story townhouse.
This sunny filling house has fully equipped kitchen, spacious open plan living and great entertaining area.
All the bedrooms and a bathroom are upstairs. We have a queen sized bed in the main room, another queen bed in the second room, 2 singles in the third room, 1 single in the fourth room.
There is a second toilet downstairs.
Guaranteed one complimentary car parking is available onsite.

The neighborhood is fantastic! The house is sitting in a quiet residential area yet everything your need is at hand. Great bars, restaurants, cafés and shopping facilities, including Puckle Street café strips, Moonee Ponds Central, are within close proximity. Nearby recreational facilities include Queens Park, Swimming pool and bike paths. The 59 tram is 5 minutes walking and takes 20-25 minutes to Flinders station and CBD.

The Apartment is only a 15 minute drive to Melbourne Tullamarine International Airport.

There is a tram stop at the end of Wilson Street (5 minutes walk from MVV). The tram line is 59 (City to Airport West) and takes about 20 minutes to the city. The tram stop is stop 35 - Queens Park / Pascoe Vale Road.

Moonee Ponds train station is a fifteen minute walk from our door (Moonee Ponds train station is on the Craigeburn line).
