The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants, so we only rent to mature guests who will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house will be used for relaxation-style holidaying; loud parties are prohibited.

All linen and towels are provided for you. The sofa bed has sheets, pillows and a sleeping bag.
There is a porta cot; please BYO linen.
KEYS - Please note that the key collection and drop off is at the convenience store, an 8-minute walk from the home or a 5-minute drive (700 meters away).
The store is open:
Monday - Wednesday: 10am - 12am (midnight)
Thurday: 10am - 5:30am
Friday 10:30am - 5:30am
Saturday: 10:30am - 5am
Sunday: 10am - 3am
If your arrival or departure is outside these times, we will arrange an alternative solution for the keys.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
Access details will be available for you to enter directly at the home. Unfortunately, we do not get to meet, but this provides a simple and convenient way to enter and depart the house quickly. We can be contacted via the booking platform anytime during your stay, and we will send you our office number if you need us urgently. We want to ensure your stay is enjoyable. Thank you.
NEIGHBOURHOOD
The neighbourhood is safe and family-friendly. There is a guest guidebook at the home with recommendations on what to do in the area; this gives dining options and local attraction suggestions. Please let us know if you would like a copy of this before your stay, and email us your email address. If you need any advice, we are happy to assist.
ADDITIONAL RULES
Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called,d this could affect your bon,d and we reserve the right to evict guests.
