We provide a starter pack of essentials such as toilet paper, milk, coffee to get you settled however if your stay is longer or you run out then it will not be replenished during your stay.
Our property is 100% smoke free zone. If you wish to smoke please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts correctly. Do not smoke near open doors or windows, to ensure the smoke doesn’t come into the property. If we need to deep clean the property due to a breach of these rules a $500 fee will be charged.
This is a very quiet street so no visitors or loud noise.
There is no smoking allowed in the house, if you do smoke you will be charged an extra $500 towards cleaning.
We don't allow check ins or check outs on some public holidays due to cleaners availability, if you try and choose this option it will say host unavailable on the calendar.
We provide enough amenities to get you started but not necessarily for the entire stay, so if you run out there are shops nearby the replenish the required items.
