THE SPACE
This 4 bedroom / 2 bathroom provides the perfect holiday escape for families with enough space to spread out.
Tea Tree Breeze is based on two levels. Upstairs is the open plan living, kitchen and dining area and 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Relax and unwind with the 2 alfresco entertaining areas with a TV, outdoor dining furniture, BBQ and heater.
Downstairs there is a neat fully contained studio with Bedroom 4 (tri bunk bed), a bathroom and a kitchenette and a TV. This area cannot be accessed from the home. There is no internal access to this area. It is located near the carport / driveway area.
There is a wood fireplace in the living area to keep you nice and cosy during those colder winter months.
Relax and unwind in the outdoor heated spa on the deck.
Please note that the garage is not accessible.
There is ample space for you to park your car or boat in the large circular driveway.

The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited.

Studio / Bedroom 4: 1x Tri Bunk Bed (Double bottom / single top) (sleeps 4) - downstairs. There is no internal access to this area. It is located near the carport / driveway area.
What to bring: fitted sheets, flat sheets, pillowcases, beach towels, bath towels, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats.
Guests have the choice of:
BYO Linen / Towels - Guests bring their fitted sheets, flat sheets and pillowcases for each bed. Guests also bring their beach, bath and tea towels along with hand towels and bathmats. Refer to the home’s description for the bedding configurations.
Linen Set Hire - Guests can hire full linen set for $30 per bed which includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet and pillowcases. Bunk beds are classed as two beds. All beds are the same price.
Towel Set Hire - Guests can hire a towel set for $10 per person which includes 1 bath towel and 2 tea towels (for only the first ordered towel set).
Bathroom Set Hire - Guests can hire a bathroom set for $10 per bathroom which includes a bathmat and hand towel.
Delivery Fee - If any items are hired, there will be a one-off delivery/set-up fee of $40.
If the stay is longer than 7 days, ask management for any additional pricing. For linen or towel hires, advise Ready Set Stay with 48 hours' notice as last-minute requests may not be possible. Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs. Ready Set Stay will assume no linen or towel sets are requested for hire unless advised.
We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 fee will be charged.
NEIGHBOURHOOD
The neighbourhood is safe and family-friendly. There is a guest guidebook at the home with recommendations on what to do in the area, this gives dining options and local attraction suggestions. If you would like a copy of this before your stay, please let us know and send us your email address. If you need any advice, we are happy to assist.

There is parking available for your stay. We can provide parking information if required. Please ask us any questions.
ADDITIONAL RULES
Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called this could affect your bond and we reserve the right to evict guests.
Bookings can only be confirmed once the verification process has been completed.
You are required to bring your linen and towels unless prearranged. The home has security cameras located at the front, sides of the house and backyard.

Access details will be available for you to enter directly at the home and therefore unfortunately we do not get a chance to meet, but this provides a simple and convenient way for you to enter and depart the home easily.
