Tassels Cove - Relax & Enjoy

An impressive elevated family home is an entertainers paradise with spacious open-plan living, 11 metre balcony with peaceful views of Martha Cove & Arthurs Seat, also features a games room, & a tranquil outdoor entertainers zone to enjoy a long lunch with close friends or family. Only 350 metres to the new Martha's Restaurant & Arthur's bar at Martha's Cove. We do allow dogs with Tassels Cove dog beach only 800m away, and there's also space for you to bring a jetski.

Our home is of generous proportions sitting on approximately 1200 square metres of land offering spacious living options, along with a beautiful and peaceful garden setting that is a great place to entertain and enjoy a long lunch and drinks with friends. Designed with privacy in mind you and up to 10 guests will be able to feel relaxed from the moment you walk through the front door.

The ground level is where the games room is located and includes a pool table, couch, games and a TV.

The rest of the rooms are located on level one.

We provide internet, Netflix and KAYO sports.

There's split system heating and cooling in living/kitchen and dining area, also a coonara wood heater.

Kitchen includes a walk in butlers pantry, island bench with 4 bar stools, 900mm oven and induction cooktop, dishwasher and Nespresso Pod coffee machine. This space is great for entertaining and socialising with loads of natural light and open spaces which extend to the dining and living areas, while taking in the views from the large 11 metre balcony.

Dining table sits 8 people and there's plenty of seating options in the living area which includes 3 couches.

The balcony is a popular place to relax where you can enjoy wonderful views of Marthas Cove, Arthurs Seat, Red Hill and glimpses of the bay. There's also seating and a gas BBQ.

There's 5 bedrooms sleeping a total of 10 guests.

We are dog friendly, and yard is fully fenced. Please let us know if you are bringing a dog.

- Guests must be 25+ unless they are the dependents of the booking holder.

- Unfortunately guest limits apply. This means no groups, parties, gatherings or unregistered visitors.

- No one wants to pay $350 for smoking inside the property. That's what it costs us to clean it if you do! Please ensure no smoking takes place inside the property and no evidence of smoking waste remains.

- The morning you vacate please wash up your dishes and put them away, or run a cycle of the dishwasher.

- Please put your waste in the bins outside. We understand sometimes these are left full on your arrival... If that's the case please let us know when you arrive.

- Please ensure noise is kept to a minimum after 10pm and silenced by midnight to avoid complaints. Best for everyone to stay inside and keep the balcony doors closed.

- Should something require repairs or maintenance during your stay, please let us know ASAP so we can assist with troubleshooting and tradespeople if required. We are here to help! Should a call out be required, we will arrange that with the appropriate tradesperson and yourself directly to minimise any inconvenience to you during your stay. Unfortunately if there are issues found to be operator error or damage caused by the user, the cost will be passed on as would be the case in any short stay / hotel accommodation.

- ID is required to place your booking with us.

- We understand accidents happen but please let us know when they do. - Any breakages are charged at fair replacement value to you so please take care with our things.

- Keys and locks are expensive to replace. Please take care with the keys to avoid a $250 replacement charge.

- Please leave the property as you found it :)

- Please turn off the AC when you go out.

- Please respect check-in and check-out times. We would love to be able to offer early check in or late check out but properties need to be cleaned and restocked between bookings.

- Please don’t rearrange the furniture. We don't want you hurting yourselves.

And it goes without saying that no illegal substances or activities are allowed on the premises.
